"When a file is deleted" triggered only after saving the flow

Hi everybody,

 

This is a picture of my basic flow:

I should receive a message in Teams each time a file is deleted from the specified folder.

I have never received a message after deleting a file but after testing the flow with the "Test" button.

 

Then I tried to change the parameters of the trigger (picture below):

With the parameters set like that, I received a message after deleting a file AND THEN saving the flow.

So if I delete a file and don't save the flow after, I won't receive any message.

 

I have no idea what is going on, would someone have any advice?

    Yesterday it wasn't working with the "Split On" parameter set on "Off", and today it's working.
