Assign tasks and weekly reminder

Hello all,

we use Microsoft Teams in our volunteer area and I am a beginner when it comes to Power Automate.

I would like to have the following functionality:

The supervisor creates a task for the team member (e.g. "Attend appointment with company doctor"). The team member is informed about this via a private chat message in Microsoft Teams. In this chat message there is also a button to mark the task as "done". If this does not happen, a reminder is sent via chat message after one week. This chat message then lists which tasks are still open and also at this point the tasks can be marked as "done" with a button.

What would be important in our case is that the notifications come as chat messages. Our volunteers are very sluggish and difficult to get them to call up a Microsoft Planner website, for example. They have to be actively addressed via chat message.

I have now already managed the following: I have created a list in SharePoint with the columns "Title" (of the task), "Person responsible" (for task completion), "Status" (open or completed), "Reminder frequency". I have now created a flow that when a new task is created, I can start the automation "Notify person via chat about new task".

But now I am still missing the following:

1) With this automatic chat message, I still need to add a button so that the team member can mark the task as "done". When the button is clicked, the status in the SharePoint list should be set from "open" to "done" and the member should receive a message confirming this.

2) The automatic reminder.

a) In the beginning it would be enough for me if every Monday at 9am the system simply checks which tasks are open for the team members and the team member receives a list of his open tasks via chat message (with a button to mark done).

b) In an advanced version, it would be helpful if I can enter in the list in the column "Reminder rhythm", in which intervals the reminder should take place (e.g. "at intervals of seven days"). For less important tasks the reminder might be only once a month, for very important tasks it might be daily.

Can anyone here help me with 1) and with 2) a?
