Hi ,

I use a webhook from a template called "Send webhook alerts to a channel". The workflow URL is then used in a python script to push notifications to the specific channel in MS Teams. Since today this doesnt work anymore (was working before), error message is: Action 'Send_each_adaptive_card' failed .

What could be the reason?

Please post the full error message from the failed action, otherwise we won't know enough about this problem to help resolve it.

This issue is with your inputs for the Apply To Each action. You're running it against the attachments from your trigger, but that's not returning an array (in fact it's not returning anything in your test). You'll need to check your value for Attachments from the trigger to ensure it's not null before running your loop.

Thanks, that solved the error message. I have just added a attachment array to the message (was only text before). Now the flow succeeded but the message is still not visible in the channel, no error message.

Seems that only the attachment is used to fill the adaptive card, so I added the missing content to the attachment array and now everything works as expected.
