Shorten URL link from Power APP in Power Automate Outlook

Hi All:

The link is from Power App so there is no link to item for it in Power Automate.

However, I tried to shorten the link and came close but it's not clickable.....Not sure what I did but to add the double quote at the end of the link.

If I take the double quote out from the end, it outputs the LOOOOOONG link!

There has to be a way to do this??

Not sure if this is the root of the problem...

It should be 'href'.
