All my Desktop Flows have disappeared on 19 Nov 2024 after 10am(Australia Eastern Daylight Time). (GMT + 11)
Flows would not successfully download for a period. I restarted PAD but it would not successfully restart.
I assumed there were backend issues and left it for a period.
When it did come up, it presents me with a blank environment.
My guess it is not recognizing my account and thinks I am a new user.
I have had similar problems in the past which have resolved themselves after a few restarts and often if I do a manual signon to my Microsoft account before the PAD restart.
I did not make any account changes or any deletions of flows prior to the incident. I have rebooted multiple times and manually signed into my Microsoft account before restarting PAD. This time it looks like a hard failure
I am an extensive user of the PAD environment over the last 3 years and there are approximately 70 flows in question. I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions to remediate

I have done some further investigation
I have run the Troubleshooter Tool from the Help menu on the PAD signon screen for Connectivity, UIAutomation, and Installation
I also found a good support article "Troubleshoot issues in Power Automate browser extensions" in Learn \Troubleshoot \Microsoft Power Platform\ Power Automate
The most interesting part was the "Check whether the message host points to the correct location"
My registry key is in the MSIX Windows 11 format and not the MSIX Windows 10 format, and I run Windows10.
Files in the app area were updated on 13 Nov 2024, which would have been when I installed the latest PAD update. I suspect I did not reboot so any install problems may not have shown immediately.
I suspect because of the above my signon request is failing and timing out and then I am being presented with a blank environment as a new user
