I saw the video from Reza's
Power Apps SharePoint Document Library Tutorial
The 2000 limit means that powerapps is able to fetch up to 2000 items from SharePoint. There are ways to overcome this such as fetching in batches, but I would advise against working with powerapps collections larger than 2000 items due to performance, and use filters instead.
Hi @bbsin, it does not mean that the folder view will not work at all after 2000 items. that's the SP library threshold limit. you can work around it using column indices. In PowerApps app, if you are using the same library, you will have to use delegable functions. One constraint is in PowerApps side, the other one is in SP side. You need to take care of both.
