Predict attachment /w AI Builder (Form Processing)

Hi, 

 

I'm trying to create Power Automate flow. 

 

1: When an email arrive check attachment 

2: Predict (Ai builder), attachment .. but I doesn't work... (Document type : Attachment type and Document : Attachment content)

 Do you know what is the issue ?

    but I will try to help you as well.

    My guess is, your Trigger is an Office 365 Outlook Trigger "When a new Mail arrives", correct?

    Can you please share what is in your "Contenttype" and "Content" within your "Predict" action?

     

    I just created a similar Flow and it works like a charm:

    Make sure you enabled "Only with attachments" and "Include attachments" within your trigger.
    Then I just added "Attachment content type" for document type and "attachment content" for document. My model is a forms processing AI.

    Just find an issue. My conditional control was not well parameter 🙂
