I would like to start the flow with a trigger to automate the processes in connection with weekly jour fixe meetings, so that the flow can automatised to use the transcript to create a minute, to create a file for the minutes and to save it on SharePoint and then send the link form SharePoint with Outlook email to me.

I could not find the trigger "When a Teams meeting ends"

You can use the When a transcript is available action for this.

Alternatively, you can use also use the When an upcoming event is starting soon (V3) trigger action for this:

Btw, in that blog I used application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document format, but that is deprecated. Now you can use the text/vtt format instead.
