Flow is not triggered when a list item has attachment

The flow is supposed to be triggered when a new item is created in a SharePoint list, and it is working fine when the created list item does not have an attachment. But when a file is attached to the new item and saved, the flow is not getting triggered.

HI,

Please don't post the same question in multiple forums for the same platform :-).

To clarify, you save it first, that works, then you try to add an Attachment and it doesn't trigger Again correct?

Or in one step you are trying to save it with an attachment?

And I am assuming this is from just a SharePoint Form, the default or a custom one???

@FLMike Thank you for your response. Sorry I was confused on which is the correct forum to post this :-)

No, it doesn't trigger the flow even once.

The trigger is 'When an item is created or modified'. So I tried adding a new item to the list using the default SharePoint form with an attachment and this doesn't trigger the flow. But if I create an item without an attachment that triggers the flow.
