Hi All,
I have created one custom table with a contact field into the model-driven app within solution. I have activated timeline control on the form but when I go and create portal comments or email it is not populating "To" field with the associated contact automatically which is happening automatically with other entities like Account.
Could you please suggest any solution?
It sounds like your field mapping has not been configured correctly
Please refer to this documentation for instructions on how to configure field mapping

In my solution, I am not able to get the mapping option i.e with portal comments it is not showing.
Is there anything that I am missing?
