    Hi @Ayappan ,

Could you please share more details about your scenario? Where are you setting up user roles or how do you know whether it's a user or admin?

Generally speaking, using one App and check user roles OnStart of the App is the best practice. You can send Email with the App URL with the record ID as deeplink, just checking the role and navigate to different screens.

In your case, you can use a condition to check user roles, and use a Send an Email action in both branches, put different App URL in respective body.

    Best regards,

    Hi @v-jefferni ,

Thanks for the response . I am new to power platform. Let me make my question simple ,

1.How to open my app using some link .

2.How to create that link . How to get my app id if it is required .

    Eg : https://powerapps.com/apps/<APP_Id> with parameter .

If this is ready i can ask my next question.

    Again Thanks @v-jefferni

    Hi @Ayappan ,

Please check the Item property of Edit form control on the screen. When an Edit form in Edit mode do not have a specific record to display, the message "getting your data" will show.

    Best regards,
