Hi All,

Like I said in the subject.

When I receive an email in a shared mailbox I then forward the email.

But now I want that the Reply to address changes to the sender adress, is that possible.

    Sorry, I think I didn’t understand correctly.

Do you want to change the ‘Reply to’ value in which action? I thought you were talking about the ‘Forward an Email (V2)’ action.

The trigger ‘When a new email arrives’ doesn’t have any ‘Reply to’ value because it doesn’t send an email. However, from that trigger, you can extract the sender using the dynamic content ‘From’ as shown below. You can use that to reply to the sender of the email in the action ‘Forward an Email (V2)’. In other words ‘Message Id’ and ‘From’ are outputs from the trigger ‘When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)’.

If this is not what you are trying to do, please share your current flow to better understand.

    Cheers.
    Anthony.

    Hi Anthony,

In the trigger "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)" I have no parameter "Reply To" am I missing something?

    Hi,

Yes, that’s possible. In the Reply to, you have to select ‘From’ from the Dynamic content of the trigger when an email is received in a shared mailbox.
