Flow does not connect to OneDrive

Trying to use Flow template to copy files from Onedrive to Google Drive.  Flow connects to Google Drive but never connects to Onedrive. Anyone have a solution?

    Hello Mate @tompfau 

     

    Please create the connection using the steps below and let me know if it resolve the problem.

     

    Click on connections- Search for OneDrive and Fix the connection screenshot below-

    once the connection is fixed things should work as expected.

    This does not fix the problem.  The connection was made following the steps but when the template is opened it is unable to connect - spinning circle never changes to a check mark as shown next to Google Drive connection. Clicking the ... however shows the connection with a check mark next to it.

    Hello @tompfau ,

     

    This could happen due to multiple Microsoft logins into same browser , can you try in Incognito mode and see if it works or not. Generally this should not be an issue.

    Please try in an alternate browser and an Incognito window - The problem might be related to cacheing as mentioned by @anupam8555

    Would not connect using incognito/private window with Edge, Chrome or Firefox.  Cleared cache and logged out of Onedrive but neither made any difference. Checked Data Connection and saw Onedrive connected 18 hours ago so I deleted it and tried to create a new connection.  Error message said to contact Support. It's strange the template connects to Google Drive without a problem but won't connect to Onedrive.

    Do you have a DLP policy in your environment, which restricts personal Onedrive connector?

    Not that I know of but I do use Microsoft 365. Could it have a DLP preventing connection to OneDrive?

    Maybe yes\Maybe no - Try to simple Flow and check if that works. Screenshot below
