Retrieve code from excel online based on the form response assigned respondant id and then send an automated email

here are my current steps

1. user submits form

2. the form assigns a respondent ID

3. I want to retrieve excel and get the corresponding ID #'s code #

4. my excel table headers are Position and Code

5. send email to use submitted email address from the form only if answered yes to 3 of the questions on the form

6. if answered no then no email is needed

7. attached what i created and I get flow run failed not sure why

    Judging from the screenshot you provided,

    【List rows present in a table】The use of filter query is incorrect

    Please try to modify the [Condition], as long as the content of the user's answer contains Yes,

    (If the user fills in the content by himself, there may be more spaces and blank lines, which will cause equals to be unable to satisfy)

    please try to use it like this:
