Hi, I'm very new to power automate and am looking at trying to get an update into a Teams channel when a customer updates their Freshdesk ticket. I think I have one set up ok but when testing this I am getting a "bad request" Has anyone had this before or see a glaringly obvious mistake I have made in the flow?

hi @abarberincuto you are using the incorrect action. Please see this video to understand what is an adaptive card Power Automate Tutorial - Approvals + Adaptive Cards + Outlook = Awesome - YouTube. It you are not interrested on to that you can use just Post message to chanel teams
