I am looking for some help with Microsoft booking and power automate. I watched few videos and was hoping to test it. Apologize if this a stupid question as I am still learning.
In my booking app, user selects the appointment, staff and the date. Each staff member has it's own outlook 365 account. When an appointment is created, it saves the entry in each staff's outlook 365 account.
Also, I see all the appointments for each staff member in the calendar menu in the booking app.
What I want is to create a share point list or an excel file with all the booking information from the booking calendar. I cannot have access to the staff's calendar, due to company privacy issues. So I am forced to get the data from the Calendar menu in booking app and create a sharepoint list or Excel file. Would like to know whether this is possible with Power automate or any other tool.
Appreciate any help in this.
