Creating a flow for physical signatures in a document

Hello,

I am looking to create a flow that passes a document requiring physical signatures from multiple people.

Ordinarily, a file would start from person A who would send it to person B. After person B approves, prints, signs and scans the document, B would send the document back to person A so he or she can send it to person C. The process would repeat until all signatures are filled and the final document would be sent to a destination department email address.

Is it possible to create a flow that can be initiated by person A after uploading or emailing the file, so that it is sent to person B to print and sign. Then, after B signs, scans and uploads the file, can be automatically sent to the next person down he chain to do the same. Finally, after all signatures are collected, the final file is then sent to the destination email after the last person in the chain signs and uploads?

Thanks!

    Hi @AeroD314

It is possible but not only using Flow, with Flow you can send approvals to users and attach a file but when the users reply Approve or Reject, they don't have the feature to send back the attachment. You can think of having a list in SharePoint where you can upload the file and the other users can sign it, and you can indicate with a column in which step the process is at that point.

Unfortunately, I was not able to find a way to do it only with Flow, you will have to implement some logic and integrate with SharePoint/OneDrive in order to accomplish this.

    Best Regards,

    Hi @AeroD314,

Maybe you could try to know about the SignNow connector, it can upload a document and invite a user to sign:

Here is a doc of the details about the signNow: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/signnow/

I think this connector is suitable for your needs, but as far as I know, these signature services are not free. So sorry for I couldn't test it for you because of the account limitation.
