I have built a workflow sending an escalation approval (start and wait for an approval -first to respond). There are 3 assigned to manager/ regionals. The flow is sending three approval requests in Teams when it used to just send one request. Is this a bug?
In addition to the configuration of the approval action, please show your workflow and where the approval action is located within the flow. This will help to assist you. Otherwise, I have never experienced what you describe unless you have put the approval action into an Apply to each action. If it is within an apply to each action, move it outside of this.
