Hello,
We are trying to use the SalesForce connector to drive a process of creating a Case record in Dynamics when a record is created in SalesForce. When trying to login to the SalesForce connection, if we use the credentials used to login to a SalesForce portal ( based on force.com) , it doesn't seem to work. Is there a type of account that we need to use to be able to create a SalesForce connection? Would be of great help if any SalesForce/Flow experts provide some inputs around this. Thanks in advance.
Hi there. Check to make sure you've got API access enabled on your SalesForce account. Below is an excerpt from the documentation.
