We are trying to use the SalesForce connector to drive a process of creating a Case record in Dynamics when a record is created in SalesForce. When trying to login to the SalesForce connection, if we use the credentials used to login to a SalesForce portal ( based on force.com) , it doesn't seem to work. Is there a type of account that we need to use to be able to create a SalesForce connection? Would be of great help if any SalesForce/Flow experts provide some inputs around this. Thanks in advance.
