Hi,

I have two SharePoint list: One list with projects and one list with employees. In the project list there is a column for "project resources" , which is "multiselect" lookup column based on the employees list.

I want to create a flow that does the following: When a new project is created, send out an email to all project resources (people listed in the project resources column). Since the project list not contains email addresses, the flow must catch email addresses from the employee list.

Could anyone please help me out this flow?

I have attached a screed shot of the two lists I am working with

Thanks in advance!

Linn

If this is still not solved please share your current flow setup and where you have issues. Do you want to send one email or an email to each employee connected to the project.

I would suggest to get the employees and use filter array to get the employees connected to the project. After that you can apply to each or use select and join to write multiple emails or only one.
