Sharepoint Permissions Required to Start a Flow

I have created a flow and attached it to a Sharepoint List. I've given owner permissions to the flow on the SP List. People with full control can run the flow. It seems to disappear for others.

What level of permissions is required for users to run a flow from a SP List?

I don't want to make them Owners.

This could depends on the kind of flow you are building.

One could be an automated flow and the other could be instant flow.

Automated flow can run without the permissions while instant flow you need to at least add them as Run Only users.

I hadn't notice the "Run As" area on the permissions page. Once I setup the RUNAS it worked fine.
