Hi all,

I'm trying to retrieve data from several lookup fields from a SharePoint list using the get items action.

Required fields do not appear in dynamic content.

Does anyone have some solutions? I believe that using expretion should be the solution  but I'm not able to do so.

    Hey @dejan

    You use the

    items('Apply_to_each')?['Lookup']

    Hey @dejan

Does you lookup column have any values in it? I am asking because you have not selected "Show additional column"

    Hi @CFernandes
    yes all rows are populated,
    I have add

    dejan_0-1685004944745.png

link to the item column hoping that this will help. Strangely, I can see and pull data from one lookup. but not from the other (6) lookup columns that I need.

I think that they are on a different site competing with this list

    Hi @CFernandes
the problem is that lookups pull information from the list that is on another site, those lookups that pull information from the list which are on the same site are visible, but from another site are not.

    So
As I said, the problem is that the lookup I'm trying to reach is on a different site.
To access those date previous owner created the site column because that is the only way how you can do a lookup from one site to the other. How to Create a Cross-Site Lookup

when you use power automated you can not reach the site column (I couldn't find a solution)
So in the end we moved sharepoint list to the same site create new lookups and then was able to use power automate to extract data.
