Attach 'Attachments' to email

Good Morning.

Please bear with me I'm still relatively new to PowerApps and power automate but so far enjoying the challenge.

I have created an app which among other things has a form to submit requests for new ID cards. Now, I have managed to get the power automate to work whereby the form submitted, populates a SharePoint List, flow then populates a word template from the 'New Item' trigger, drops the output into a SharePoint library and attaches it to email. However, I need to send a jpeg image too which will be in the attachment's column of the SharePoint list. This needs to be in the same email but as a separate attachment.

This is my flow so far:

I need to be able to get anything that is in the attachment column into this email as a second attachment.

Any help on this would be apricated as this is the only thing holding me back from deploying to a small test group.

Many thanks

Have you tried asking this question in the Power Automate forum instead of Power Apps?
