Is it possible to create a sql server table like we can with SQL Server Import and Export Wizard ??
If not does it mean we need to script it in any language (Powershell or others) and run it through Power automate ?

You can run stored procedures against SQL. Ideally you want to return something from them, but inside you can do whatever, including creating tables.
