CONVERT FROM UTC TO LOCALTIME

Hello,

hope someone can help me I've been trying to resolve conversion but seems it is not flowing correctly,

I can already convert time format from UTC to local, however when I am trying to convert for 'response date' using expression this dynamic content is no longer visible, I tried hard coding the formula changing body as 'response Date' but it says it is invalid content. Basically I'll need to get time of each response to see whether who among the approvers approved late, all is working fine already except for the UTC format of time which I am having a hard time converting, thank you!
