error occurred while sign in power automate desktop, contact your administrator

I have assigned power automate user free license, my 90 days trial license is expired, i want to open power automate desktop. 
but it's not open.
it's asking error while sign in, contact your administrator. admin checked my user id, but still facing issue.
guide me here steps to resolve this issue.

    1. There may be Conditional Access or Security Restrictions

    • Issue: Your Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) admin may have blocked sign-ins for certain applications.
    2. Reinstall Power Automate Desktop
