Get A Row action failing since Forms updated and associated spreadsheet

I have a flow that is triggered by the completion of a Form, when
the form is completed it automatically updates an excel row.  In the
flow, it catches the data from the form, waits 15 minute delay for the
excel spreadsheet to stop being updated and then it gets some data from
the excel spreadsheet, it uses the Response ID.  Then it does an auto
email using some data from the form and some additional data from the
spreadsheet.

This flow has worked for about 12 months now until recently when
Microsoft Forms was updated and it now says on any form to update sync
your excel spreadsheet results.   This has been done and spreadsheet is
working fine.   However, the flow always fails.  If I go to the failed
flow and tell it to resubmit without changing any records or parts of
the flow, it then is successful.   The copilot just suggests to check
the ID is correct, which it is and works on every resubmission so must
be.

    Hello,

Micrososft have cut the automatic sync between forms and excel. Now you have to open the excel manually to get the sync to work. Many people are unhappy with this change. Update to the new solution for syncing forms responses to Excel | Microsoft Community Hub
