Creating Power Flow connecting 2 Org Sharepoint

Hi Experts,

Here's the problem statements:

1. I'm required to create a Power flow to copy files to my client's SharePoint.

2. I tried to get my org Power automate to read my clients SharePoint but failed.

3. Does Flows allow SharePoint Read/Write access connecting 2 different org SharePoint?

Kindly help and share insight if any.

    Hi @mav_mav11

As far as I know, the design permission should be good enough, bus since here is Power Automate forum and people in this forum may not that familiar with the permissions in SharePoint site.

From Power Automate side, please make sure you also create a new connection with the account that could access the client SharePoint site (which is important).

I have also found a video regarding copying files between SharePoint sites in different tenants using Power Automate:

Copy Items/Files between SharePoint Sites in different Tenants using Power Automate #PowerAutomate - YouTube

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,

    Sylvia

I did request design level access to client sharepoint. but it seems the connector was unable to detect the file repository and shown error 403.

Could it be I need full admin access?

    Hi @mav_mav11

If you need to copy files to the client SharePoint, you have to be added as a user to their organization, and also be provided access to their SharePoint.

    Best regards,

    Sylvia
