Data from PDF to Excel

Hi, i have some data from PDF's that i need to manually import to excel as a data spreadsheet. I was hoping to work out an automation to do this, as the way i go about finding the data is occasionally consistent. The Data in the PDF always has a heading, and contains the name or element Letters. With the newest document the data is always on pages 4 and 5 (Normally, rarely different). See screenshots, the 2 images of page 4 and 5 are the way we will always format the data from now onwards, but we have some older data that has a different format seen in 3rd image. Basically we need to grab that data and place in an excel spreadsheet making sure the values are added to the correct row and column based off the above title. the excel format can not change.

Have you tried "Extract tables from pdf" action like below?

    Deenuji_1-1714578526156.png

My PDF file looks like this:

    Deenuji_3-1714578875186.png

My both tables returned in list

    Deenuji_0-1714578445820.png

    Table output1:

    Deenuji_4-1714578943094.png

Then finally you can write the datatable into excel using below code:

    Deenuji_0-1714583018770.png

    Hi Deenuji,

Yes i have tried that, very simple, and doesn't solve my issue. I need to do that extraction while re allocating the specific extracted data to the set columns which is different order from the pdf to excel, which you may have noticed if you looked at the excel format.

I know the logic for this, I'm just struggling to make it simpler/ faster on the automation side of things.
