Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi there, I am working on an application for an HR group to auto-schedule meetings. They have an HR service account they would like the meetings to come from and the corresponding HR calendar they would like the meetings to post to, regardless of the user that is filling in the application. I am using the V4CalendarPostItem function and everything is going swimmingly except for two things:

1. Is there a way to hard code a calendar ID in? I was able to get the ID using MS flow and it worked in testing but once deployed in the client environment it stopped working, any ideas?

2. The meeting organizer on the event generated always seems to default to the app user, is there any way to set a static organizer (the HR service account?)

Any insight is greatly appreciated!!!!
