Cannot find span element by class

Hi All,

I'm new at Power Automate. I have trouble getting a span element text on the website.

The flow needs that text to search data in excel.

The span only has class and text properties.

I already tried using contain operator to find it. The flows still cannot find the span, even using the text to get that span.

Is there any solution to find it?

    Sometimes the upper right switch to set to customize view makes difference. Try to run it with switch on. 

     

    Otherwise:

    Instead of get details of element you can try to use the action to extract data from web page.

    I have tried extract data from web page or customize view, too.

    The flow cannot find the text with those methods either.

    Hi @Liyea 

     

    If you want to find that span element by class attribute, use this jquery selector

    span.ui-selectmenu-item-header
