We can access password protected Excel spreadsheets with Power Automate Desktop by providing password in Advanced section.
However, it is failed at action "Get first free column/row from Excel worksheet with the error as "You cannot use this command on a protected sheet. To use this command, you must first unprotect the sheet (Review tab, Protect group, Unprotect Sheet button). You may be prompted for a password."
