Unable to send an email after form submission

Hello, 

 

I am trying to setup an automatic email once an individual submits a Microsoft Form. I would like to use the "First Name" and send an email directly to the email address provided. It states my flow ran successfully but this is the message I received regarding the email. 

 

"ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied. The execution of template action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied."
