Error with Document Processing AI Model - Training Failed and the model cannot be used

Hi!
I've created a model with the Document Processing, which I have successful used before. I decided to increase the accuracy of the model by adding a few more collections.

However, this model - everytime I try and train it - keeps failing and giving the reason: 'Training Failed and the model cannot be used.'

The errors that it links to is the timing out which I don't believe is the case for this model. I've tried to retrain it about 5 times now and still the same issue.

What could be the reason?

Thank you in advance.

maybe you can try this solutions
    1. Minimise Complexity
Limit collections to between 10 and 20 documents at the start.
Group documents that have similar layouts and field positions.
Include 2–3 samples per layout or vendor to support generalisation by the model.
    2. Organise Collections
    Remove outdated or inconsistent documents.
Re-upload only high-quality and accurately tagged samples.
Do not mix structured with unstructured layouts within the same model.
    3. Repeat Training After Adjustments
In Edit Model, remove problematic documents and retrain.
If training issues persist, create a new model using a document subset to identify the cause.
