Hi,

I would like to build a flow which will:

1. automate create a Freshdesk ticket when submit a form, and post the ticket received email notification to a team. I successfully create this flow by using the template:

  • when a response is submited
  • get response details
  • create a Freshdesk ticket with the requester email is email of the team I want to update result. And this email I get from the form response details.

Result in Freshdesk > ticket create successfully.

Ticket received email notification is posted to MS team successfully

2. I need your help for building the second flow:

  • when there is a reply to the message in MS team in the post thread which contains the ticket number, flow will add a public note to the same ticket number in Freshdesk, e.g reply to ticket #121879 in Freshdesk.

  • And when there is a reply from ticket Freshdesk, e.g 121879, a new message reply is added to the same post thread in which subject contains same ticket number. Currently new reply from Freshdesk will create a separate post thread in MS team as below

Reply in Freshdesk

New post in MS team > I expect this reply will create a new reply to post thread "Ticket Received - [#121879]: Environment for Duong, instead of a new post thread.

I appreciate your value contributions for this topic.

Thanks and regards,
