I have a scenario, where I need to send a mail through power automate flow having from address as login user email.
For every user it is asking me to create connection with their user name and password, but having security problems users will not give their user name and password and it is not correct also.
I need a solution, such a way that I can send mail without creating connection every time when the power automate flow gets executed
Do you have access to give the authenticated account you're creating the flow with "Send on behalf of" permission on the users mailboxes? Is there a specific reason you need to send the emails as them? Could you create a shared account that all the email messages would come from?
