Outlook Customer Manager Connector for PowerApps

Hello all,

I recently started pairing thought processes with another PowerApps geek. We have been stumped with the connector for Microsoft Outlook Customer Manager (OCM). It seems as though we can add this connector into our data connections but when selecting it to use within a gallery or datasheet view, we get nothing....

Does anybody have any direct experience with this connector? If so, your knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Also, from what I have gathered, it appears the OCM connector might not be able to fully read/write using PowerApps.... I just want to verify my sanity, lol!

Thanks all,

-Tom

    Hi @Anonymous,

    You can refer to below documentation about Outlook Customer Manager in PowerApps:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/ocm/

    From the documentation you could see that all the things that you could achieve with OCM in PowerApps are:

    Create a business contact/Create a company/Create a deal/Create an activity

    Regards,

    Mona

    @v-monli-msft,

    Hi Mona, thank you for this. I should have mentioned in specifics, that I was interested in returning previously stored OCM data and writing new data.

    I see that I can write new data to OCM but it doesn't appear I can return previously entered items. Is this true from my understanding? If so, any plans on updates for this? Also, where does OCM store its information?

    Thanks,

    -Tom
