Microsoft Form file upload to Trello card

Hi,

I'm trying connect a form to a Trello card which I've done successfully but when I add the file upload form field to display in the card it displays like the below:

Is there a way to only display the "link" to the Sharepoint file in the Trello card?

Any help would be much appreciated.
