There is generally only one reason (and one thing you can do to fix it) for this message from a SharePoint data source - all columns that are referred to in the Filter need to be indexed. What code are you running when you get this message and how many items are in the list?
The list have 5550 itemsThe code is simple:
Choices(SPOList.ColumnName)
Is that a Choice column with defined choices?

That is exactly what I posted - you said your list was 5550 items and I said the columns filtered need to be indexed.
