Desktop flow errors when run from Power Automate Online

I have a PAD flow that I use to refresh an Excel file with Power Queries in it.

 

When the PAD flow is triggered manually in the desktop, the flow runs successfully. However, when a Cloud flow triggers the PAD flow, the Power Queries fail to refresh - giving a DataSource.Error: SharePoint Request Failed message (screenshot below).

The PAD flow fails whether it is run in Attended or Unattended mode. Any ideas on how to avoid this?
