Excel Online (Business) - Run Script Error - Graph Item not found, was it unshared or deleted

I see a couple of people have the same issue here. I'll give mine as well to hopefully get this resolved soon.

Currently I have two accounts I've created, one which is my main account and another that is a service account. Both accounts have same level of access for powerapps and power automate. I have recreated my same instant flow and office scripts on the service account. Completely identical besides file locations. So far it runs through the process fine untill its hits the run script part. Which confuses me because its a scripts on one drive that the service account created and has access to. I was able to open a excel book and run it without any issues and it can see the script in power automate side. My main account instant flow can run without any issues. They are exact copies of each other so are the office scripts. Not sure what could be different with these two accounts.

    @Corbitbeeler - are the Run script actions in the two flows both running against the same Excel workbook? Can you double check if the service account has access to that workbook? Based on the logs on our side, it seems the error happened when loading the workbook metadata.

    @Yutao Hi, I've got the same issue. I just want a simple flow, That when file is added he goes there change sheet name and move the file. unfortunately sometimes script to change name works (normally after done) and after that it starts failing with this error.

    Do you have any idea why the office script only worked once?

    @hfsgomes - can you share the clientRequestId from the failed Run script action so we can take a look at the logs? Thanks!

    Hi @Yutao

    Here you have it below, by the way, since I'm only testing yet everything is in my onedrive to minimize the errors.

    Graph Item not found, was it unshared or deleted?

    @hfsgomes - thanks for sharing the request ID. Based on our logs, it appears that the workbook your script is running against might not be accessible. Can you please double check in the Run script action and make sure you have picked the right workbook and you do have access to it?

    @Yutao

    Yes, the file is in the correct spot and the path is correct as well.

    All inside my onedrive do no access issues as well.

    I've gave it another go and now I see a "storageErrorCode"5 as well.

    Really a strange behaviour since it worked just fine the first attempt.
