I have created a Microsoft form with many question because of branching and sections only few questions (say 5) the user will answer. So I want only that few(say 5) questions to be added to the planner task.. not all the questions is there any way to do this? Initially I'm saving the response of form in sharepoint. From sharepoint i should update task in planner with only the fields which are not blank(using power automate). But I'm not able to get only filled fields in planner.

You can see the below screenshots where in planner iam getting the empty fields.

It would be really grateful if someone suggest the solution for this.

Thanks in advance

Hi , Thanks for the above solution.

But the thing is I have almost 60 questions in my form. So, do I need to write the same experience for all the 60 Question?. Can you please suggest me any alternate solution for the same where I can use a expression/function for the all the 60 question(any function like concatenate). It would be really appreciated if you suggest me any solution for this.
