Saving outlook email to sharepoint via outlook

Hello!

 

Is there a way to save emails from outlook directly to a SharePoint folder without dragging and dropping?

Example

We are running a project and an important email comes through from the client and we want to save directly to our communications folder in the project on SharePoint so everyone can see the correspondence.

 

Is this possible?

    Hi @TCGridvision ,

     

    Here's a solution to implement.  In this flow, my trigger is when an email is flagged.

     This is a pretty easy solution and straightforward.  My first action is to compose the body of the email and then create an html file in a temporary folder in OneDrive.  I need to use OneDrive to use the action Convert File (preview) to convert the email to a PDF.

     

    Next, I create my file in my designated SP folder.  This would be a great feature to use in a shared inbox.
