Ajuda com fluxo Power Automate: erro ao criar Word, converter PDF e acessar arquivo

Olá pessoal, tudo bem?

Preciso de ajuda, a ideia do fluxo é:

  1. Quando uma nova resposta é enviada aoForms;
  2. Os dados são registrados em uma planilha do Excel conectada ao formulário;
  3. As informações são inseridas em um documento Word (modelo .docx com placeholders);
  4. O sistema cria um arquivo Word preenchido;
  5. Converte esse arquivo em PDF;
  6. Envia o PDF por e-mail;
  7. E por fim, salva o arquivo gerado em uma pasta no OneDrive/SharePoint.

Porém estou enfrentando dois problemas:
Gostaria de uma explicação detalhada do que posso ajustar no meu fluxo para que:

  • o documento Word preenchido seja criado corretamente,
  • o Power Automate consiga localizar esse arquivo (caminho e ID),
  • e a conversão para PDF funcione sem erro.

Principalmente no trecho onde ocorre a ação “Criar arquivo” + “Obter conteúdo do arquivo” + “Converter para PDF”.

    I am not positive since I don't speak Spanish, but I think the issue with populating the Word template is that you have it saved as a Word 2010 (.doc) file instead of the newer .docx format.
     
    If I use Copilot to translate the error message, it translates to this: “Action 'Convert_Word_Document_to_PDF' failed: Word document version not supported. Please select a document edited in Word 2010 or later.”
