hi,

We are in the middile of a company rebradning project and we ned to replace the logo on documents within a SP document library.

We have the following tasks to acheive:

Replace the logo on the header and text on the header and footer of each document, around 1200 docs
Rename and replace each document with the new logo and upload to the SP document library with the correct metadata and managed metadata for each document

I posted a few days ago about the logo replacement and it was suggested that UI Flow could help with replacing the logo on each document, so I will look into that.

How would I go about ensuring that each doucument that needs to be uploaded to the SP libray is uploaded with the correct metadata and managed metadata from the old documents ? I have got all the metadata and managed metadata in an excel file.

Would I need to create a seperate flow for each document that has different metadata ?
