Hi Folks!

My question is:

How to get all list data from all subsite in a site collection in SharePoint Online, in this case, I have created a Team Site and this Team site has 2 SubSites, each subsites has a list called Deliverables, and I need to get all content (Columns, attached items), for eample, if the users create an item in one of that list , an item called Deliverable1 then the flow send emails to some group of people, if users create an intem called Deliverable2 then the flow send emails to another group of people. But I need to get al Items in all subsites in that SharePoint Online site.

I have found this in the web and It works fine, but I need more deeply to get all list Items:

I hope I can find a solution here guys, regards.

    Hi,

What have you built so far and where are you running into issues at? Without being able to get a good look into this and where exactly you are running into issues at its difficult to give good recommendations. I would assume you can just call multiple subsites and combine the data but there really isn't much more I can give beyond that unless I can see what you have already built and where you are running into issues.

    Regards,

    Alex

Thank you for the quickly collaboration.

I have tried to create a flow that obtains the data from the lists of the subsites of a SharePoint Online site, I have not managed to build anything, because I have not found anything on the web that allows me to build something like that, that's why I go here to to know if someone can think of how to do it. That is why I also put the link with the video that is the closest to what I have asked and you can also see that the owner of the video in the YouTube post also has the same concern. Will we have any idea how to get the items from the lists of the subsites of a SharePoint Online site?

any comments, I appreciate a lot.
