No, from my research there is currently no free way to do it.
For my exercise, I am using the online power automate version to transfer PDF files to a SharePoint and I need to compress them during this process. From my research there is no free way to do it, the only possible way to this moment is to pat for one of the compress PDF's API.
If you're able to integrate the power automate desktop version into your code then you could use a UI element and adobe acrobat on windows or some other software or website (assuming the information is not restricted) to compress the file.
