Power App - Barcode Reader Issue

We recently ran into a case that on triggering the OnScan event of Barcode Reader, it shows Black screen for unknown reason.

We are starting to test the business values of Power Apps but truly embarrass when it's not working in one of top management mobile. It's iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 17.1.2.

    Is this using the iOS Power Apps App, or are you running this within Teams mobile or the browser?

    It's using the iOS Power Apps App.

    All iOS users all okay except one couldn't work and there is no clues...
    All Android users reported working normally.

    If anyone could helps 😔

    Did they disallow the camera when prompted maybe? I'd try checking permissions for camera from phone settings for the Power Apps app.

    We tried multiple times. It's a good suggestion, thank you.

     

    But as the phone is from management. It's not easy to get the phone to test and if that's not an solid/definite solution

    It's one I've seen affecting this before, and in my case it was a CEO who didn't trust apps using their camera but somehow thought the barcode reader would work without it -  which is why I suggested it

    I have this issue on my iPhone 11, just now updated to iOS 17, still same issue, black screen when scanning, although it actually picks up the barcode. Camera is allowed in privacy settings.
