Hello,

I would like to ask how to make a flow which automatically refresh Power BI dataset and publishes it to required workspace in Power BI Service?

Hi @nickas,

There is no OOTB trigger to achieve your need.

You should add a Manually trigger to fire the flow, and then add the refresh action.

What manual trigger can be. My point to refresh pbix file daily at 6 am.

You want to trigger the flow at a specific time everyday?

If so, you should create the Schedule flow as below:

Hi @nickas,

I have configured this in my previous reply, please check the screenshot for details. I have highlighted it in red rectangle.

The flow will be triggered in 6:00 AM everyday.

Hello! Are there any prerequisites required for this to work? I have added "Refresh a dataset" to the end of two flows, which points to pbix file in my workspace, containing data from Salesforce and SharePoint. But after several runs, the Refresh a dataset step always fails. I am logged into all connections so I'm not sure what else to check.
