    Hi @Somar,

No, the E3 and E5 licenses (whether Office or Microsoft) do not cover the use of Power Apps with premium connectors.  They would need to have Power Apps Per App plan (at a minimum) to utilize.  The only time that the Dataverse can be utilized without additional licensing for Power Apps is with the Dataverse for Teams environments.

One quick thing, I usually make sure I have 1 user setup with Power Apps Per User license to allocate 10GB of space in the tenant by default vs. 1 GB.  This will help you greatly when you are looking to create multiple environments for dev / test / production.

Hope this helps.  Please accept if this answers your question or Like if helped in any way.

Link to licensing guide here if needed.

    Thanks,

    Drew

do you have any recommendation to hide the SharePoint lists which is connected to the app as I can't use the dataverse yet?

I tried to but default list view to show nothing but still not a very valid solution as the list will show on the LISTS app how can I stop the users from adding manual records to the list directly.

    Hi @Somar ,

Please review the following as it discusses multiple ways to secure your SharePoint lists:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/customize-permissions-for-a-sharepoint-list-or-library-02d770f3-59eb-4910-a608-5f84cc297782

    Thanks,
